Materials

Method
Take one cup of flour in a bowl. In another bowl, take a cup of cornflower and add one-fourth of a teaspoon of black pepper powder. Take water in another bowl. Roll in cheese flour, soak in water and apply the cornflower mixture. Then fry it in oil. Remove if light red.
In a bowl, add soy sauce, two crushed chilies, one teaspoon of cornflower, one teaspoon of red chili sauce, Mix one-fourth of a teaspoon of black pepper powder, one teaspoon of vinegar, one teaspoon of dried chili powder, one teaspoon of sugar and a pinch of salt.

Now put two tablespoons of ginger and garlic in hot oil in the previous cheese frying pan. Then add the onion and capsicum spread in four from the middle. Then pour the soy sauce mixture into the bowl. When it becomes thick, leave the fried cheese. Cook for a while. Before unloading, check to see if everything tastes right. If you want, you can sprinkle a little coriander leaf before unloading.
